Refund Policy

  1. In the rare event that the Teams Committee is unable to provide a spot for a player, the registration fees will be refunded in full.

  2. Withdrawal of a player prior to close of registrations will incur a $20 administration fee, with the remainder of the registration fees refunded.

  3. Withdrawal of a player after the close of Club registrations will incur a $100 registration cancellation fee.

  4. Withdrawal of a player once the season has started will result in NO refund.

  5. Where exceptional circumstances exist the Baldivis Basketball Club (BBC) Executive Committee may waive the administration or cancellation fee.

  6. All refunds only apply to the BBC registration fee. Payments to Basketball WA and Rockingham Basketball and Recreation Association (RBRA) are not managed by BBC and therefore all requests for these fees to be refunded will need to be made through these organizations.

  7. In the event of the season being suspended or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, any refunds will be subject to the club receiving refunds from the competition association.

  8. If disciplinary action has been taken by Baldivis basketball club or by the basketball association there will be NO refund provided.

  9. Refunds can NOT be transferred to another person.

  10. In the circumstances where a coach withdraws after fees are paid to the association and NO replacement coach can be appointed then NO refunds are awarded.

  11. If a Team is withheld from playing by a coach for any reason then NO refund will be awarded to the TEAM or individuals.

  12. Coaches discount is non transferable and is ONLY discounted off the following season’s fees once a full season of coaching is completed.

  13. The Committee has the right to revoke any position offered without cause (Full Club refund will be given).
